Oleksandr says that in 2014, he and others cut up sea containers, equipped them, restored them – that’s how they went “budinochki“ for field minds. Nowadays, builders rarely make anything out of containers, but they sold one of these buildings to Bukovini.
– It all started with a normal hobby – I always liked to build something, do something interesting. Together with a friend, they bought used sea containers. One of these containers was recently bought by guys who were transporting grain to Bukovina, Oleksandr Koshovii says.
The entrepreneur says that they started talking about relocation already on February 24. At first they moved their families to Bukovina, then they started looking for a place to rent and a transport that would be able to transport equipment. They left in the heat of the moment.
– The Ministry of Economy fully compensated us for moving expenses. Transport, apartments for rent – they all looked for me on their own. They left at that time, when active hostilities were already taking place near Kyiv. That’s why everything was done on an urgent basis, – adds the businessman.
They built a hundred houses in a few years

Only recuperators are installed for ventilation – this is a modern system that removes carbon dioxide and lets fresh air into the room, taking into account how many people live here.
– The two-room house has a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, as well as an exit to the terrace. If you don’t want terraces, then these square meters can be used for one room. Modular buildings can be connected. We often offer one-story apartments, because they are more convenient and economical“– added Oleksandr Koshovii.
“Simpledim“ participation in the Japanese project, for which in Bukovina they have to build more than 100 modular houses for immigrants.
– The Japanese project they brought us to is very large-scale. Currently, we are preparing only a few houses, but they must be over a hundred. A modular town should be established in the village of Chornoguzi. At first, houses were given to immigrants, and later they were transferred to the ownership of communities, – says Oleksandr Koshovii. – We cannot cover such a construction by ourselves. We plan to attract construction companies, masters, that is, here we will be able to manufacture practically everything that is needed for construction. By the fifth of August, we have to prepare several houses for presentation, then the Japanese partners will decide how many are needed.
