San Antonio-area cabins, cottages for a quick getaway

Whether your much needed vacation is a celebration or just an excuse to get away, there are plenty of options within driving distance of San Antonio to take a quick trip and decompress. There are a number of cabins, casitas, cottages, and cozy getaways for you, your spouse, your kids and/or your dog to lay by the lake and relax.

Guests can visit wineries, float the river, and relax at Casa Carmen, a cozy Spanish Bungalow getaway in Kerrville. The property is pet friendly, but requires pre-approval.

The Casita at Madrona Ranch

This cabin is on the Guadalupe River
